Pre-orders
Campaign items are made to order. Orders are collected until the published deadline and production is arranged afterwards. Arrival windows are estimates and can change.
Changes and cancellations
Before the deadline, you can request a change or cancellation through your order link. After the deadline, orders are placed with the vendor and can no longer be changed.
Minimum quantities
Some items are produced only if a minimum number of units is ordered. If an item with a minimum does not reach it by the deadline, that item is refunded, including a proportional share of any delivery fee, and the remainder of the order continues.
Custom items
Decorated and personalized items cannot be returned for size or preference. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded.
